Masters & Masters is a law firm comprised of Robert M. Masters, Q.C. and his son, Randolph J. Masters. The firm was formed on August 21, 1987 and provides a wide range of legal services. Robert M. Masters Q.C. has been practicing law in the City of Toronto, Province of Ontario for over 40 years.
Robert M. Masters Q.C. was appointed to the Queen's Counsel in 1968. Robert M. Masters Q.C. is an expert in all areas of real estate law with a particular focus on commercial leasing. In addition, Robert M. Masters Q.C. has an extensive corporate and commercial practice representing both large and small corporations with regard to almost all commercial matters including, but not limited to, the acquisitions of shares and assets; the incorporation of companies; the preparation of shareholders and partnership agreements and the formation of sole proprietorships for a variety of real estate and business ventures.


Randolph J. Masters has been practicing law with his father since his graduation from law school in 1985 and has developed a specialty in immigration law. Randolph J. Masters has an in depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and regulations which is critical in view of the complex and ever changing nature of the Canadian Immigration policy. Randolph J. Masters has extensive experience and a proven track record in the movement of skilled workers, entrepreneurs and investors to Canada. In addition, Randolph J. Masters handles applications for members of the family class, work authorizations, visitor visas and student visas.


The office of Masters & Masters is located in the heart of the City of Toronto, directly across from Toronto's New City Hall. Masters & Masters has access to a various governmental agencies, accounting firms, insurance agencies, real estate and business brokers and management consultants for additional expert input in complex matters when required.
